How we operate

Once you have decided on employing an au pair, you will need to complete an
application form in order to inform us of your unique requirements. We will then
complete a family profile and refer to the au pairs on file. Should we not have an
au pair whom we feel is suitable, we will then advertise on behalf of our client. We will then begin the interviewing process, whereby, we will arrange for the au pair (s) to meet your family in the comfort of your home for an interview. Where necessary, we will assist you and your family in making the final decision.

Guarantee
The Au Pair Connection has a three month guarantee system whereby if, within a period of three (3) months from date of commencement of employment, the family finds the au pair unsuitable, The Au Pair Connection will either refund a certain percentage of the placement fee or will offer suitable alternative au pairs.

Contract
The Au Pair Connection will supply an example of a contract that may be used when employing an au pair. This contract covers all the basic terms of the employment agreement, namely; duties, responsibilities, hours, salary, annual leave, etc.
